Anyone joining the services these days are on a steep learning curve and one that can create a lot of stress that can alternately lead to failure. In short, it can be a culture shock! "By the Right" is designed to reduce the angle of that learning curve and minimise the culture shock. We will help the potential recruit learn more about themselves and how to be more self-reliant. You will operate a washing machine, master the steam iron and be able to press your clothes correctly and present yourself for an interview smartly dressed and primed to succeed.

We will develop your communication skills, teach basic first aid, introduce you to map reading and simple navigation and in addition, raise your overall level of fitness sufficiently to pass the military induction test.
