programme is delivered through practical activities
in a ‘live’ kitchen environment. You can
use computers and internet for research, and as part
of your initial training, you will undertake the CIEH
Level 2 Award in Food Safety which is an exam based
qualification.
Specialist
Mentors and Career Advisors will support you throughout
the programme.
