At the beginning of your training, we take time to plan your own individual training programme with you.

Throughout your training programme, you will be continuously assessed on your progress and achievements, which will contribute towards your qualification.

The first step is to initially identify, with Prospect's support, the areas of training and development needed by the organisation, together with the individual/s who will undertake it e.g. Committee Members, Staff, Volunteers.

The areas of training and development are based on best practice established by National Vocational Qualifications and the needs of the organisation are matched against these.

The next steps are to undertake the training and development and then apply the learning to achieve the area/units chosen.

• Individual customised courses e.g. Customer Care, Finance, Leadership, Marketing, Team Building, Training Needs Analysis
